On 2 June 2007, 19 Wing hosted its first ever Armed Forces Day Open House, intended to provide the public with a better idea of the roles and capabilities of the Canadian Forces. The event showcased elements of the Canadian Army, Navy and Air Force, featuring hands-on and interactive displays, and exciting demonstrations. We would like to thank the 4000+ members of the greater Comox Valley community who joined us for this event.
